A: Furniture orders generally take 6 to 15 business days to arrive, including 1–3 days for processing and 5–12 days for shipping.

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all furniture orders within Australia.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Returns and Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 days after delivery to return an item. It must be new, unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
